RealIntel One provides automated parcel intelligence analysis, including data aggregation from public and commercial sources, risk scoring, and AI-generated narrative reports. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Exceed rate limits or use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process parcel data from publicly available and licensed third-party sources. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, models, and analysis outputs generated by the Service are the property of RealIntel One or its licensors. AI-generated narratives are clearly labeled and are provided for informational purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Analysis results are complete, accurate, or current
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data from third-party sources is accurate or up to date

RealIntel One analysis does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify critical data independently before making decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealIntel One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Compliance
